Hey Guys! Well I’m kinda embarassed to say that i have slowly coasted off of my diet and exercise over the past few months. I was really seeing a change in myself too :/ This time around I want to make diet and exercise a permanent part of my life. I’ve just had enough of being out of shape and not liking how my body looks. It keeps me from going out and doing things sometimes, and I use to be such an outgoing, confident person. I just want that back! I know I can do it I lost 20 lbs. my senior year in two months just from healthy diet and exercise, so I am sure of myself! Also, I am sick of my dashboard being filled with things not fitness, health, or weightloss related. I like seeing all the pictures but I also like seeing all the blogs that give helpful advice and tips about weightloss, so I am going to try to became more involved in my blog and make it a helpful blog for the people who follow me.

Guilt Free Dip!
Dipping your veggies into ranch can seem very healthy but most ranch dips are around 150 calories for two tbsps.
Mixing your ranch seasoning in Chobani yogurt gives you protein and is around 20 calories for 2 tbsps!
